FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

The range of ice boxes carry a five (5) year warranty.

The warranty is backed by EvaKool's Australia wide reputation.

The warranty covers all aspects of workmanship, finish and joinery, including handles, feet, hinges and bungs.

Nexberg Pty Ltd will repair at no charge any fault if:

• The fault occurs under normal circumstances during normal use.
• The fault is found to be caused by defective or faulty materials, workmanship or manufacturing process.

The warranty does not cover transport costs and in-transit insurance costs to and from IceKool at Nexberg Pty Ltd, 16 Enterprise Street, Caloundra, 4551, Queensland, Australia.

If the product has to be returned, it should, whenever possible, be returned in its original carton or alternatively in suitable packing so as to prevent damage.

Nexberg Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for damage to the product caused by unsuitable or inadequate packing.

Return for warranty repairs must, prior to dispatch from the customer, be authorised by Nexberg Pty Ltd and must quote the warranty repair reference number.

Proof of purchase will be required.
